Colorado State Championships — what a day.
Worktime Judo brought home 6 🥇 and 3 🥉, and I couldn’t be more proud of this group.
This was the first tournament for Harrison, Bria, and Levi.
Harrison came out and earned gold, Bria fought hard for bronze, and Levi showed exactly the kind of courage we look for stepping on the mat for the first time.
Raylynn earned her first gold medal, fighting with heart against an opponent two years older.
Logan took gold in both juniors and seniors while being the smallest in his category—all grit, no excuses.
And keeping the family tradition strong, Alan stepped up and took gold as well.
Adalyn battled through three tough matches in her division, then went on to earn bronze in the Women’s Open, as the lowest-ranked competitor, only losing to the eventual silver medalist.
And to cap off the weekend—on Sunday, Harrison earned his yellow belt. Well deserved.
Effort. Courage. Growth.
This is what progress looks like.
Extremely proud of every one of you.
