Let’s be honest, expecting immediate results triples your chances of giving up on your fitness journey prematurely. You’re basically setting yourself up for failure with the mindset that results should happen overnight. The real key is CONSISTENCY. Fitness journeys are LIFE LONG. If you want to see results, change your perspective timeline and take the everyday steps to get there ❗️
