I'm trying to get back into teaching or at least subbing classes. At the moment no one at Crunch will return my emails but I may be teaching elsewhere in the future. Watch this space for updates!

Okay guys, I've put a lot of thought into this and I have decided to take a break from teaching. Aside from my frustration that no one at Crunch will talk to me about my class, right now Zumba just doesn't bring me the happiness or joy it once did. I'm not going to stop forever but for right now this is what I need to do.

Ask and you shall receive! Here is where I will post updates about my classes and any special events that might occur.

Right now I am teaching Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm at Palmer Park. Yes, we use Zumba weights for a 50/50 class but don't let that scare you. It's not weight lifting, we dance with them!
