Shout out to Q-Bounce for the dope bag. We all love the pop of the bag when we hit it and it has quickly become the favorite toy to play with at the gym. You need to check them out way better than I thought for a [lastic quick set up bag.

Sundays are our favorite we have open sparring at 12pm and go till 1. As we get closer to the next batch of fights we hope all our homies come out the beats on us.
