Our Jr. PeeWee (3rd–4th Grade) and PeeWee (5th–6th Grade) teams are ready to battle it out against the Early Longhorns! 🐂💥

🔥 THE JUNIOR WOLVES BROUGHT THE HEAT!🔥

The 5th & 6th grade Colorado City Junior Wolves had the opportunity to get some preseason action in Saturday night with a scrimmage against the Post Antelopes...and let’s just say…THE WOLVES CAME TO PLAY! 💪🏈

With a full crew of referees and a true game-day atmosphere, our boys stepped onto the field ready to compete, and they WALKED AWAY WITH THE WIN! 🐺💥

🏆 JUNIOR WOLVES 26 🏈 ANTELOPES 21 🏆

And we have to give a HUGE shoutout to our 6th Grade Junior Wolves! 👏 These young men are stepping up as incredible leaders, setting the example and showing our younger players what it means to be a WOLF! 🐺❤️

Saturday was just a little taste of what’s to come… and if this scrimmage is any indication, WE ARE IN FOR ONE INCREDIBLE SEASON! 🔥

🎉🐺 EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT, JUNIOR WOLVES FAMILY! 🐺🎉

Because of the helmet reconditioning required for this season, we found ourselves facing an additional unexpected expense -
NEW HELMET DECALS for our entire team!

Those decals may seem like a small detail, but they make our boys STAND OUT, look like a TEAM, and give them that REAL Junior Wolves feel! 🏈🐺 And with a price tag of $800!

We are incredibly excited and THANKFUL to announce that TWO GENEROUS DONATIONS have covered the FULL COST of helmet decals for the ENTIRE Junior Wolves team! 🙌🏼

What a week it has been! We want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to every Junior Wolves athlete, parent, family member, friend, supporter, and member of our Mitchell County community who has supported our 2026 football and cheer fundraisers!

Whether you bought something, made a donation, shared a post, helped organize, volunteered your time, or simply encouraged our athletes - we are incredibly grateful. Every single contribution makes a difference!

Most importantly, we want to recognize our Junior Wolves parents. The time, effort, energy, and dedication you have poured into these fundraisers does not go unnoticed.
