🥎One last walkoff! 😭Taelynn and Alyssa suited up for the last time today and ended their softball careers on a high note. Both saw playing time, got on base, and scored in the Greater West Texas Softball Coaches Association All Star Game tonight at Frenship Tiger Softball Stadium. Their team won 7-6 on an exciting RBI hit by Taelynn!

They were the only 2A players who played with the "big school" division of the All Star game (the organizers asked if they could handle it and of course, we said yes!) so they were on a team with all 4A-6A players and played against all 4A-6A players too💪 After their grueling schedule this year, it was nothing they hadn't seen before, that's for sure! 😊

We say it all the time but we're so proud of them. Thank you for representing your school and team so well tonight and always! ❤️

Taelynn Oden has been participating in the FCA All-Star Festival this week and will be playing in the All-Star softball game tonight! Good luck tonight, T💲! Listen to the selection process for the seniors in this video, it's interesting and really hard to be chosen.

They received uniforms, stay with host families throughout the week, participate in devotionals, and other activities.

Andrew Goodney is also playing in the football game--GATA, "Buddha"! 😊

Athletes from all over the West Texas area won Athlete of the Week awards. Now, its the community's decision to vote for the Athlete of the Year.

🥎 We are proud and excited to announce our 2026 District 6-2A All District Softball Honors! Congratulations on your well-deserved accolade, Mia Lea!! Few people realize that you didn't strike out one single time in district play and struck out exactly 50 batters, including her no-hitter vs. Miles. All that said, you're so much more than that for our team--you're always positive, uplifting, and an incredible teammate/friend to everyone. We are so proud of you!!

These awards are voted on by all opposing coaches in the district--coaches cannot vote for their own players--so it's special when even those outside of Wolf Nation see how special they are.

You've all built a winning culture; keep growing it for years to come ❤️
