Finished the Double distance (7 Miler & 5K) Championship Race with Tri-Cities Road Runners this past Saturday (Dec 7, 2024)! A bit cold, but as a runner, I'd rather have freezing temps with such an amazing group of people and organizers, before 70°+ 👊🏼🙏
