Greetings!
Our fall sessions are in motion with some changes coming for the winter.
Such as;

The Youth class is now Youth/Family class. Parents are encouraged to participate without additional fees and signed waiver.

Discounts are available for multiple siblings,be sure to ask.

Uniforms will be supplied to the youth beginning of the second month, parents after third consecutive month.

Participating parents are welcome to the adult class on Thursday. It is a great opportunity to explore and apply more intermediate techniques.
Age group is 40+, exceptions can be made under qualifying circumstances.

Missed the online registration window??
Don’t fret, reach out the Colonial Heights Recreation Dept.
Residency in Colonial Heights is not required to attend.

Mentors come in many forms through life. Sometimes we chose them, sometimes they choose us. One of my teachers/mentors crossed over. His way of teaching helped open my eyes to see a bigger picture. I am greatful for the lessons and philosophies he shared so I can share them. I wouldn't be the same Sensei without his contributions.

Sparring gear is costly. If the “loaner” gear shall not be used for the Dojo, I respectfully ask for their return so others may benefit from them. It was an honor!
