Reminder, that we are pausing our Monthly Dive Club meetings for the summer, so everyone can enjoy their vacations, additional daylight hours, and diving! We will start them again on September 16, 2026!

We will keep everyone updated with our newsletter and posts. Our next Lake Phoenix Diver Day is June 28, 2026, starting at 9am. You can register for any Lake Phoenix events, such as Diver Day and Guided dives on our website under Local Diving.

Mitch and I want to take this time to thank our hard working crew and give you a little behind the scenes look at our operation. Without them, we could not run a streamline operation. This weekend we had Open Water, Scuba Skills Update, 2 different Guided dive sessions, Diver Day, and several people we dove with that had new gear or wanted to dive with our crew.

Preparing all of the gear, paperwork, filling all the cylinders, packing 3 trucks, hauling everything into trucks and into our Pavilion, helping divers throughout the day with their gear, packing it up and going back to shop to refill tanks. It will take over a day to wash gear, refill cylinders, and put everything away.
We do all of this, including bringing all your gear, loaning you whatever we have because we want to make it easy on you so you will keep diving and we want to share our love of diving.

This is what becoming part of dive community means. Ray and 12 year old Tyson became SSI Open Water certified today, with our class of 5. Challenge Coins are given to our Military Members when they go above and beyond during their service. What a special moment when Ray gave Tyson one of his for Tyson's hard work and dedication during his certification class.
