Kiran joined us with a clear mission—to improve her health and get stronger—and she is crushing it! 💪 From losing weight to feeling stronger every day, her journey is truly inspiring.

Motivation: Kiran started her journey to improve her A1C, and her biggest win so far has been losing weight and feeling physically stronger.

Don’t just "survive" the holidays. Build Armor for them. 🛡️

Most people treat December as a throwaway month. They skip training, eat poorly, and limp into January feeling beat up and burnt out.

We are taking a different approach.

For the next 4 weeks, we are slowing things down. We aren't chasing max heart rates every single day. We are chasing Tension.

Meet Jon! Jon has been an integral part of our Strength House family, and his story is a testament to resilience and dedication.

Jon’s journey started with a simple realization: he ran out of excuses. Driven by a desire to stop waking up in pain, he committed to making a change. Since joining us, his biggest win has been exactly that—living pain-free and feeling stronger every day.

Favorite Lift: Reverse Lunges (A true test of single-leg strength and stability!)

Gym Vibes: He describes The Strength House as Engaging, Thriving, and Encouraging.

Fun Fact: Jon is originally from Ireland! 🇮🇪

The Strength House's Giving Tree is Live!
Please consider supporting local children in need from Centennial School District and Christ Home Kids, a local foster care center. This is one of the most heartwarming traditions we share, and we encourage every member to participate and help us spread some joy this year.

How to Participate:
1. Select a Tag: Visit the tree in the gym and select a gift tag that corresponds to a child's need or wish.
2. Sign It Out: Please immediately sign out the corresponding tag number on the physical log sheet located next to the tree (on the sign-in kiosk). This ensures we can track all gifts.
3. Purchase the Gift: Purchase the item listed on the tag.
4. Return the Gift: Bring the purchased item back to The Strength House.

Important Reminders:
1. Gifts must be returned UNWRAPPED. This is a crucial change that helps the charity with final sorting and organization.
2. The deadline for returning gifts is Tuesday, December 10th.

We aim to collect over 100 gifts this year and make a significant difference in the lives of these children. Your generosity means the world to them and to our entire community!
