I became a better trainer and a better person the second I walked in these doors. While learning new exercises and training styles, the biggest things I learned was the significance of intensity and relationships.
Intensity when it comes to training or how you apply it towards life, coupled with consistency, is what really moves the needle in terms of achieving your goals. Not only did I learn how to coach it, but how to bring it out of people with different training levels and goals.
I came to Bria Method real introverted however, I understood I had to become more personable and embrace developing relationships to grow personally and professionally.
Out of respect for Tony Bria for bringing me into his community that he built, I knew it was time to take ownership of that deficit of my life. The community he cultivated and the members made it easy for me to step in and make an immediate impact.
From the get-go, I communicated and was transparent about my goals and intentions to Tony. In a world full of egos and broken promises, Tony understood and honored his word throughout our time together. I was able to be an asset to his team while able to be myself and grow independently.
I have a lot of people in my life who I can thank along the way in my professional journey. Tony Bria Rachel Schmies Bria and the Bria Method Fitness Studio community has to be at the top of that list for who I owe the most to.
To the coworkers & members who trusted in me and showed support by coming to my classes: THANK YOU‼️ You trusting in me is an opportunity to help you reach your goals which allows for me to grow personally & professionally, and is something I never take for granted.
For all of these things, and my futon naps, I am forever grateful 🙏 for my time Bria Method Fitness Studio. My line is always open for any and all current & former members to reach out ❤️.
