NOW HIRING – SUNRISE RIDGE GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE MANAGER

The City of Colman is seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Clubhouse Manager for Sunrise Ridge Golf Course!
If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a community-focused environment, we would love to hear from you!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Providing friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service to golfers and guests
Managing daily clubhouse operations
Opening and closing the clubhouse
Handling cash, credit card transactions, and daily deposits
Scheduling tee times and assisting golfers with questions and course information
Managing clubhouse inventory and ordering food, beverages, and supplies
Preparing and serving food in the clubhouse kitchen
Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting clubhouse and kitchen
Following proper food safety and sanitation practices
Assisting with golf outings, tournaments, special events, and community activities
Coordinating with golf course staff to ensure a positive experience for customers
Addressing customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner
Performing other duties necessary for the successful operation of the clubhouse

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

Has excellent customer service and communication skills
Is friendly, dependable, and welcoming to the public
Is organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Has experience or an interest in cooking and food preparation
Can work independently and take initiative
Is comfortable handling money and maintaining accurate records
Has the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and during golf events
Takes pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment
Enjoys working with people and being involved in the community
WAGE:
Wage will be based on experience and qualifications.

What a weekend!!! Thank you to everyone that came up Friday night and had a looney night!!
We would like to give a big thank you to The Colman Building Center for the use of their trailers for the stage, C-E School for the steps and tables, Dusty LeBrun and the J.F.P.A for bringing in the amazingly good food and to the Dueling Duo for bringing the fun!

Also a big thank you To Grant and Shawn for helping set everything up!

Another Looney Days Post!! We will be doing a bean bag tournament at the clubhouse Saturday. $40 a team, registration starting at 12pm start tossing at 1pm. Only doing 20 teams max. Double elimination!! Must be at least 16 to play! No traveling teams!
There will be a sign up sheet at the clubhouse starting tomorrow!
Remember this is suppose to be fun! So come enjoy some bags, cold drinks and maybe win some money!

I’ve been getting a few questions about the Entertainment on Friday night of Looney Days. One being, is the Entertainment Family Friendly?

As we know Looney Days is about having family around and having fun, it’s also nice to have things that are meant for the adults. So for this night the entertainment will be for a more mature adult audience.

Another questions is what time does it start and is there a cost.

The event starts at 8pm and yes there is a small entrance fee of $10 which will go toward funding a new playground set at the city park! The Dueling Duos also does a pay to play your song request. Apart of the money they make off of the song requests will go back towards the playground as well!
