Every morning I show up to teach an empty class.
Here’s why:
When you start a business you have to be able to see things before they’re actually there.
Not like an “I can see the future” way but more in a “I can create this in the future”.
You have to be patient, the results are almost always delayed.
You have to be intentional about focusing on progress and not just on the end result.
And personally, I think the most important thing is that you have to believe in what you’re building.
When I look at this photo I don’t see it as it is… an empty class… I see what it will be.
A full class of people, getting stronger and healthier together and building friendships through fitness.
When you’re on your fat loss journey, you need to do the same.
First and foremost, believe in what you’re building and why you’re building it. You’re building a healthy and strong body and mind, that’s one of the most important thing you can build.
See yourself as what you can be, not only as what you currently are. When you start to have negative thoughts about your appearance or health, remind yourself of what you will be if you don’t stop.
Be patient and focus on progress. You likely had months or even years of bad habits that led you to your current weight. You can’t erase that in 30 days. Don’t set that unrealistic expectation for yourself.
Instead, embrace the process, celebrate the small milestones. Every workout is a step toward that person you want to become. Every day you make better decisions on what you eat… celebrate that. After enough of those days you’re a completely different person.
Here’s my mic drop finisher for you.
Your life is how YOU CHOOSE to see it. If you choose to feel defeated and believe that it’s impossible to change, it will almost certainly become your future.
But when you open your eyes in the morning and you choose to do your best that day to be a healthier & stronger you. I’m almost certain that you’ll become exactly that.

Ps. A promise I have for this page is that every story you read is from me.
Not chat gpt and not because I’m anti AI but because this page is an extension of me and my values and I want you to feel that when you read our posts and hear our stories.
It won’t be grammatically accurate but it will be “me”.
