What Saturdays are all about at Gracie Barra! 🔴✨
Today we brought everyone together for an amazing, massive Saturday training session combining our Family Class and All-Levels Adults into one huge mat! 🥋💪 From parents rolling alongside their kids to brand new faces stepping onto the mats to try Jiu-Jitsu for the very first time, the energy was incredible.

A huge shoutout to Coach Geoff Beff Gurris for leading an awesome class and keeping everyone sharp!

Coach Shane has been a dedicated member of our family since 2022, and his discipline is an inspiration to everyone on the mats. From day one, he has supported the Red Shield with everything he has.

Whether he’s teaching our future champions in the kids' class, leading the adults, or sharpening his own skills at the instructors' class, Coach Shane never misses a day. Training 4x a week and always showing up to give back—he truly leads by example.
