Here are the results from the Laurelin Farm Schooling Show this past Sunday!

Proud instructor moment: All the kids did great in the heat, learned a little bit about what it involves being in a show, and had a grand time! There is another show at the end of August!

What's NEW at Laurelin Farm? A peaceful way to end (or begin?) a riding lesson or yoga session! I finally have a meditation Labyrinth! This was part of the dream way back when I started the farm and thanks to Sarah Haykel we made it real!

Glory and Leah and Audrey Hager and I were successful at the Old Dominion open 55 mile endurance ride at the AERC National Championship! We both tied for fourth place even in the heat and humidity! Check out the view of Laurel Run mountain trail and the rattlesnake video! This was a first for us, Audrey must have clipped it and pi**ed it off! You can just hear the rattle at 40 seconds. We hung around to warn the riders behind us, because that's how this sport rolls...we all help each other! I'm so proud of my horses and my heart is very full of all the awesomeness of the volunteers and challenges of this this sport.
