GERMANTOWN COUNTRY CLUB MONDAY, APRIL 25, 2016
Lunch / Registration: 11:00 am Shot gun start: 12:30 pm Hors d’oeuvres and awards ceremony following play

COST $125 per player / $500 per team if paid on or before April 1. $150 per player / $600 per team if paid after April 1.
INCLUDES 18 holes, cart, range balls, player gift, team prizes in different flights, door prizes, lunch and hors d’oeuvres.
EXTRAS For an additional $20, you will receive 2 mulligans, 1 chance at the putting contest, and 1 entry in the premium prize drawing.
