Join us 9/27 at the studio for a little Sunday afternoon Mahj! Cost is $10 for members and non-members, and that covers light snacks and prizes for the three people who Mahj the most!

We’ll be jumping right into play, no instruction, so you should have a basic understanding of the game. Visit the link in our stories to pay your $10 and reserve your spot! Space is limited! We’re excited for an afternoon of community, laughter, and fun!

Authenticity is a core value at Rise.

As women, we're constantly putting pressure on ourselves-to do the most and be the most for everyone in our life. A big part of what makes our community special is that everyone is invited to come as they are. No expectations, no judgement. Inside our studio walls, we're getting stronger not just in body, but also in relationship. We're doing life together, and that means making space for what's real.

Our goal is for you to walk through our doors and feel you can put down whatever you've been carrying that day, just for an hour or so. We want your time spent with us to feel like an exhale of held breath, maybe the first one you've been able to take. We hope you'll look around you and see women who aren't performing life, but living it to the full, and that you'll want to join us.
