We offer 50 minute group classes led by a Certified Personal Trainer designed for all skill and fitness levels. Whether you’re a retiree looking to build core st

rength and stability or a young professional looking to maintain your current level, we’re your spot. Our instructors are expertly trained to provide connections to build community and modifications based on the fitness level of the individual for a personalized approach to group fitness. We are very intentional to provide a warm-up period to bring your heart rate up slowly and one of the very few to provide a cool-down period to bring your heart-rate down slowly. The workout is designed to hit all heart-rate zones and instructors are trained to instruct members to their optimal heart-rate zones to fit their goals. All of our workouts are based on our four pillars of fitness, Strength, Power, Endurance, and Agility with a focus on alternating the first three, with Agility sprinkled in every day. The workout is designed by science to maximize results, while providing Heart Rate Monitors, an App and InBody Scans to ensure you track and see results. Periodic challenges and recordables, along with nutrition consulting to drive motivation, to push past prior limits and help you exceed your goals.

Dear Volofit Family,

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that Volofit will be permanently closing after our last class Saturday, November 30th.

Just like we always stood out as different from other fitness studios, we will continue to do so. All memberships for the month of November will be refunded proportionally based on the renewal date, and all recurring charges have already been stopped.

It has been an honor to be part of your lives and this wonderful community.

We are incredibly proud of what we built and the memories we created together.

Thank you for letting us serve you, and thank you for being part of our VFam.

TOMORROW IS TURKEY DAY! 🦃

Here are some pre-thanksgiving workout tips to keep you moving throughout the day.

1. Start your day with a turkey trot! Walk, jog or run around your neighborhood or join a turkey trot 5k if you are feeling spicy! 🏃‍♀️

2. Join us for a 75 minute workout at 6:30am. Early enough to get it done before the rush of the day begins!

3. Have your family join in on the movement. Toss a football or frisbee around or go for a short walk after your Thanksgiving feast.🏈

4. Walk after all your meals, even if it's just briefly around the block.

5. Take a moment to breathe and stretch while focusing on gratitude and all that you are thankful for this Thanksgiving! 🦃

Take a short walk after meals. This helps to improve digestion, manage blood sugar levels & boost metabolism.

2. Eat your protein first!
Load up your plate with protein first. This will help curb the temptation to overeat those calorie-dense sides and desserts. Enjoy your food.

3. Workout!
Stay consistent with your workouts! While we are open, even carving some time out at home to lift some weights or do a quick HIIT workout will help you maintain your routine and stay consistent. This will make it even easier to begin the new year strong and still in your routine.
