Three people. One sauna. One shared workout.

There's something about training next to someone. The energy builds, you hold each other accountable without saying a word, and on the days your motivation dips, the person beside you keeps you going.

That's the power of three at HOTWORX Colleyville. Three people, one virtual instructor, working out inside the infrared sauna.

Grab two friends and come try it together — your first session is free. Book through the link in our pinned post.

🌟 September Warrior of the Month: Dione 🌟
If you had told me a few years ago I'd be healthier at 50 than ever before, I wouldn't have believed you.
My doctor recently told me, "You have the healthiest numbers I've ever seen in a 50-year-old," and said I've likely added years to my life. Those words meant everything to me.
This journey has been about so much more than weight loss. After years of pain, inflammation, obesity, and depression, I finally feel AMAZING.
HOTWORX has given me more than workouts, it gave me my health, confidence, and a community that makes me excited to show up every day. I'm so thankful for this journey and everyone who's been part of it. ❤️🔥
