TWO SPOTS LEFT🚨

✨ Fitness 4 Kids is Back! ✨

Parents love this class because it provides structure with purpose—not just movement.

✔️ Improves focus, listening, and impulse control (especially helpful for children with ADD/ADHD)
✔️ Builds coordination, strength, balance, and flexibility
✔️ Teaches turn-taking, following directions, and discipline
✔️ Helps children channel energy in a positive, structured way
✔️ Creates a strong foundation for martial arts, sports, and the classroom

🕔 Mondays & Thursdays | 5:00–5:30 PM (option to attend once or twice a week)

👧🧒 Ages 3.5–7 years

👥 Limited to just 6 children

This program is intentionally small to ensure focus, consistency, and individual attention—spots will fill quickly.

Because we run classes out of a converted studio on our home property, pricing is extremely affordable and class size is very small.
