Road trip to work with my virtual trainees Mayu Fang and Dani Elle. Taking the necessary time to learn and execute correct form has led to their outstanding gains in strength. Both have reduced unnecessary strains, especially with their lower back. So much fun to see in-person the progress they’ve made with all of their lifting movements and technique 💪💪💪

You’ve established your routine, learned the correct movement patterns, and you’re progressing where you need to get heavier kettlebells and dumbbells! 💪💪 Can’t wait to see where you are at after another 30 days!

My curiosity and passion for nutrition and fitness evolved during my own wellness journey and ultimately led me to leave a 20-year demanding career to pursue a life focused on helping others become the best version of themselves.
