Congrats to 2026 Defense and Captain Braden Nester on breaking our SINGLE SEASON CAUSED TURNOVERS RECORD which has stood untouched for over 20 years set by 2006 Alum Michael Hirsch πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Braden put himself in reach with his 7 CTOs against Spring-Ford (a career high for him) in the playbacks and got 2 more vs Springfield-Delco in the 1st round of states to move just past Mike's 78. He has been the anchor and QB of the defense for the last 3 years and was an absolute menace in 2026 helping our team defense hold our opponents to 6.08 goals a game while he averaged 3.16 CTOs per game😲

He has been an outstanding leader on and off the field taking younger poles under his wing to mentor and has been vocal at practices and in games to get our team to play up to the standards we've set. This historic season that he and the team has had is no coincidence when you understand how hard he has worked to become the best version of himself.

2026 was a year of growth, progress, and where lessons we talked about last season didn't just stay words---They became actions.

Class of 2026: Captains Christian Jones, Patrick Moloney, Braden Nester, Sullivan Roop along with your fellow brothers Dylan Holland, Kevin Gould, Fares Elshafey, Carter McCabe, Juliun Corropolese, Brady Supplee, Chris Adkins, and Jace Burgess.

You guys didn't just inherit a culture---You Grew It. You guys took what was built in 2025 made it stronger, more consistent, and kept the standard where it needed to be. Thank you for leaving it better than you found it.

For our returning players: Remember Rule 2 that Well Done is better than Well Said. Culture is not something you say out loud, it's something you live everyday. As a returning member you all take Ownership, Accountability, and Responsibility for what you will allow to be the standard for next year. Build upon what has been already laid for you. Take what you've learned and make it better.

Thank you as well to all our families and boosters for your support our culture is not just the players it's our families too and your support is overwhelmingly strong. Thank you to our coaches who give so much of themselves year round in service to our program and instilling life lessons in these young men.

Congrats to Sophomore Mathew Vlioras on being chosen as this past weeks Hard Hat ⛑️ recipient chosen by the coaches.

Mat had a really strong week of practice showing up and doing the work while giving it his best effort in multiple roles. He was also encouraging to others and kept a positive mindset which carried over into our game. Mat stepped up as an initiator grabbing Short Stick matchups and earned 2 assists to go along with 4 grounds balls and a caused turnover. He showed a lot of grit on key moments and did a solid job in the clear to help us get possessions as well. Way to step up and do it for the team 36!

We are also posting the WHY behind the Hard Hat for those unfamiliar with it and why we place such a strong emphasis on it to our players on earning it every week through their actions on and off the field.

Each week of the season our players will have a chance to earn the Hard Hat ⛑️

Congrats to 2026 Attack Sullivan Roop on netting his 100th career point in last evenings District/State Playoff game!

Sully becomes the 22nd player in program history to reach 100 careers points putting him in high company. He has been a balanced contributor to our team success every year willing to do whatever the team needs him to do in order to help us succeed. He is the definition of a great teammate and a tough leader! He now stands at 44 goals and 56 assistsπŸ’ͺ🟧⬜πŸ₯

Congrats to Seniors Patrick Moloney and Juliun Corropolese on being chosen as this past weeks Hard Hat ⛑️ recipients chosen by the coaches.

Patrick has consistently all year showed up to put in the work on the good and tough days but really stepped up at Wednesday's practice leading with effort that translated Thursday into one of his best on field contributions all season taking 20 face offs, causing 3 turnovers, scooping 6gbs, to go with a 5 point day on offense. It was his effort that helped start the energy we needed to get back on track and as a captain he led by example. Way to show up and do the work 5!

Corp has been working hard all year to learn the sport but it is his relentless effort on the field that stands out. Even in our loss to DWest he played with a ton of energy on loose balls clearing and 1v1s even when the game was out of our grasp. He followed that up with a solid practice Wednesday and a tone setting coast to coast goal after a Nester CTO to score his first ever varsity goal in the Playback game! Way to do it for the team no matter what 10!!! SKOL😀

Congrats to 2026 Att/Mid and Captain Patrick Moloney on not only getting his 100th career assist in his 2 goal 3 assist effort in our 2nd round win over Wissahickon but he also broke our programs SINGLE SEASON POINTS RECORD of 101 set last year by Alum Bryce ColettaπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Patrick joined an exclusive group for assists becoming just the 2nd player in program history to achieve 100 assists! The only other being 2018 graduate Brian Fehr who had 112 assists. Patrick currently sits at 104πŸ’ͺ

Patrick has battled a lot this season including an early season knee injury that hampered him from being the strong 2 way midfielder he is to transform into being an attack man and QB on offense. More recently though Patrick has stepped up back at his midfielder role and has been producing on both sides of the ball including his best performance of the season in our 11-9 win over Henderson on Thursday to earn our programs 2nd State Playoff Berth with a career high 20 face offs coupled with 6 groundballs, 3 caused turnovers, and 2 goals 3 assists. That is the definition of GRIT😀

He currently sits at 62 goals, 46 assists, 108 points after this past Thursday's game vs Henderson. Well Done is better than Well Said. Congrats Patrick on this exceptional career achievement! The BEST is yet to come #5 πŸ’―πŸ˜€πŸŸ§β¬œπŸ₯
