Workout trends…

I’ve seen these TRX Deadbugs all over social media, so I figured it was time to give them a try.

Spoiler alert: they make it look WAY easier than it is. Shout out to .fitness

What you don’t see in this edited version is that I could only do 2 reps before I had to come down. Definitely some room for improvement, and you better believe I’m working on it.

And then there’s Terry… who proved that gravity is still undefeated.

What a night at Business After Hours! 🏍️🔥

Huge thank you to The Ranch Harley Davidson for hosting such a stellar event—amazing food, great networking, high-energy DJ, and those motorcycle stunts were next level!

We even brought the grandkids and they had an absolute blast…proof that it was just as fun for families as it was for business connections.
