The 2025 season brought countless victories, but if I had to define it in one word, it would be resilience.

Every athlete who stepped on stage this year carried a story of strength!

Battles fought, limits pushed, and personal growth earned through grit and heart.

I’m deeply grateful to have coached and guided each one of you, especially in the moments that required more than a check-in, but belief, strategy, and support.

I’m proud of every client I had the honor of coaching, on the stage and far beyond it.

Your progress wasn’t just physical. It was mental. Emotional. Transformational.

To each of you: thank you for trusting me with your journey. Your wins are yours but I’ll always celebrate them like they’re mine.💪

We are excited to announce that we will be working with HOTWORX to put on a INTRO TO NUTRITION seminar.

It is a FREE event & will be open to members and non members if you’ve been thinking about joining then it will be a perfect time to check them out and see what they offer.

We will teach you how to get the most out of your workout with some tips and information on what to eat/ drink before, during and after your workouts to get you closer to your goals!

A1 fall line is here & I am in love!!!
As you know we like to put more out there than just our brand but what we represent as a family & our beliefs.
Last line was about our motto “Ora Et Labora”- Pray & Work.
This season we are knocking FEAR out the gym!

I recently shared my experience (via stories) about how a simple scripture workout shirt that a fellow gym goer wore helped me during a rough time at the gym. Seeing that scripture in a place where I normally wouldn’t have, at a time where I was having anxiety helped ease my mind and remind me that I wasn’t in that battle alone. God never forsakes us & WANTS us to lean on him so HE can strengthen us during our time of need.
That’s what this line represents.
God’s reminder of not relying on our strength but HIS.
