!!Special Announcement!!

We are excited to announce that we are moving!

We are staying in the same plaza shopping center (Southwest Crossing) located by C&J Barbeque at the corner of Southwest Parkway and Wellborn Road. We will be relocating next to My Eye Doctor just behind Layne’s at 1311 Wellborn Road, Suite A100.

After serving our community for six years with our 5-star rated personal training services and fitness facility, we have seized an opportunity to relocate our operations into a space that will better serve our valued members, community, and mission. Our new space is completely remodeled, and we cannot wait to celebrate this exciting change with all our valued members and staff.

We are planning to be closed this upcoming weekend of May 3rd and 4th to move and reopen for normal business hours on Monday May 5th at 5 AM.

Come help us celebrate! We will offer a free trial for the entire month of May for anyone interested in trying out our new facility and experiencing why we have earned and maintained a five-star rating from our community. Come enjoy our complimentary fresh ground coffee bar, low student volume, extremely clean and organized facility, and our fun and supportive fitness environment.

I acquired this painting in 2017 to place in my mother’s room while she was undergoing hospice care due to her battle with terminal lung cancer. The cross was made and given to me by a friend and valued member of my gym as an overly generous Christmas gift. They now hang on my office wall for me to see first thing everyday I step into work. They are a reminder of my purpose and mission in life and the reason I started my business to begin with; to value, enrich, enhance, and lift up the lives of those I have the honor and privilege to work with. They represent my “why” and fuel my resolve and tenacity to keep pushing forward no matter what life may throw my way.
