Today we took 54 individuals to USATF Junior Olympic XC Championships! All of our hard work paid off:
•We had our teams place 1st, 2 place 2nd & 2 place 3rd
•We had an Individual Champion for 13-14 Boys a top 3 individual in 11-12 Boys a top 5 individual in 13-14 girls and 11 Individual All- Americans!
•We had 5 teams in the top 3 of 6
•One team place 7th
•Lots of fun had by all!

Congratulations to the Air Academy Girls team on qualifying for ! We have had the privilege to coach 6 out of the 7 girls as Kokopelli’s during summer/winter and through growing up through USATF age groups! We are so proud of all of you! We will all be watching and cheering loudly!

Congratulations to Adele for signing with the University of Michigan!

It was just last year she was asking if we thought she would be able to run collegiately!

We are excited to host the Junior Olympic State Meet tomorrow afternoon!

We highly encourage you to come to watch and cheer and support the next generation of xc runners! It is a great chance to help support the growth of the sport we love!

Races will be held at El Pomar Youth Complex in Colorado Springs, starting at 1 pm this Saturday, November 5th.

Good luck to the 40+ Kokopelli runners competing at the Colorado State meet this weekend!

You’ve all worked so hard and are ready for whatever scenarios come your way tomorrow!

All of these Kokopellis will be racing in different uniforms and classifications but we will be cheering on every single one of you to have your best race tomorrow!

Congrats to .hall on being the first US Athlete in over 20 years to medal at the World Championships in the Heptathlon!

Coach Rainsberger is honored to have helped coach her through her Heptathlon journey throughout high school. Needless to say, there is more to come!

Congratulations and good luck to former Kokopelli runner Katie racing her first Diamond League race today!

She will be running the 3000m Steeplechase at the Prefontaine Classic! We will all be cheering loud and proud!
