For today’s Senior Spotlight, we recognize Donte Lott, a young man whose accomplishments extend far beyond athletics.
Donte has been a four-year varsity athlete in both football and basketball, earning First Team All-District honors all four years in football and three years in basketball. He has established himself as one of Buffalo High School’s standout student-athletes and is currently in the running for Athlete of the Year.
But what makes Donte’s story special isn’t just what he has accomplished on the field and court.
At only 17 years old, Donte became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)—an accomplishment that speaks to his work ethic, discipline, maturity, and commitment to preparing for his future.
Donte represents what being a student-athlete is all about. He has balanced academics, athletics, and his future career goals while continuing to compete at a high level.
As he begins his senior year, there is still another chapter to write.
