🏀 Congratulations to William Woolf — FACA District 5A-1 Coach of the Year!
This marks Coach Woolf’s 5th Coach of the Year Award in just 7 seasons at Arnold — including three consecutive years with the varsity girls (2020, 2021, 2022) and back-to-back honors with the varsity boys (2025, 2026).
The 2026 season was one for the record books:
🔥 First back-to-back winning seasons in 20 years
🔥 First playoff win in 12 seasons
🔥 School record for total points in a season — 1,909
🔥 Highest scoring average in school history — 68.2 PPG
Coach Woolf also reached major career milestones this year:
🏆 300 Career Wins (now 306)
🏆 100 Wins at Arnold (now 104)
Thank you, Coach Woolf, for everything you give to this program the time, the heart, the belief in these players, and the standard you hold them to every single day. The wins and records are incredible, but what matters most is the way you impact these boys’ lives, build their confidence, and push them to be better on and off the court. Arnold basketball is stronger because of you, and so is this community.

Congratulations to our senior captain Finn Lewis for being voted District 5A-1 Player of the Year!

Finn had a multi-record breaking season at Arnold:
Most Career 3pts made
Most 3pts made in a Season
Highest Career 3pt %

Averaging 19.0 points per game, Finn finished his varsity career with an honest 996 points!

This is the third year in a row Arnold has produced the District POY, and fourth overall. Finn joins former Marlins - Chris Noble, Drew Moseley and Nate Hicks with POY honors.

We’re so proud of you, Finn! Thank you for everything you gave to Arnold basketball… one of the all-time Marlin 🐐s. 💙
