🚨Shout out to my client from Ryan Hostetler we spent a lot of time pouring sweat into that gym floor and I’m proud of the results.
In only 8 months....😌🙌🏼congratulations on reaching every goal we’ve ever set, having the mental strength to push past all the obstacles we faced and the humble attitude to soak up the mistakes/ take it slow when it was needed.
