Hey guys, Milsim this Sunday at cartcon1!
Almost here! This Sunday! Use this map to familiarize yourself. It will also be given out in your sign in packet.
If you own a drone, we are allowing and encouraging you to use them.
Please remember to bring two 4ft ace wraps and a red dead rag. We will have them for purchase if needed. You can not play without them.

Mini-Sim Game at Cartcon1 Airsoft Field
April 30th, Sunday. Gates open at 9am.
11:15am is briefing, game goes from 12pm-5pm.

We are also asking for 'spectators' to be un armed civilians on the field, free of charge.
There will be 2 factions:
Rogue Nation-An unidentified military force has taken over a civilian population. Their identity and purpose is kept secret. The Rogue Nation is dressed in camo that is green.
Citizen X-A civilian population has awoken to an unidentified military force occupying their land. They take up arms, use IED's, and search for intel on who the occupiers are. Citizen X is a group of combative civilians that can attack and blend into the population by wearing street clothes, non military.
-An unidentified foreign force has appeared from nowhere to control our government. Sources say they were embedded for several years until they were activated by a call to arms from their leader. The coup was quick and painless. This foreign regime has control through martial law, making their presence and strength very visible. While it is still unknown who controls this militarized force, it IS known that they are well funded and organized. Sources also say they will not shoot un-armed citizens for fear of starting an uprising. The rogue force is on edge after catching a few unarmed citizens gathering intel, placing IED's, and laying traps. Other armed citizens are causing problems for the rogue occupiers by attacking their resources and gaining territory. The citizens are learning quick how to attack and then disappear back into the population. Once the citizens find out who is backing the rogue occupiers, things will become more clear.
Rules Of Engagement:
-Rogue Force CAN NOT shoot anyone UNLESS A WEAPON IS SEEN. Orders are to only shoot ARMED civilians.
-Rogue Force will use a 3 man mortar team that have black poisonous gas. Civilians are killed when the smoke touches them. The Rogue Force CAN operate in the poison.
-Civilians will have access to wireless IED's. Civilians can move about freely and safely without visible weapons. This tactic could be used to set up IED's or travel to known weapons caches or to set up ambushes. An unarmed civilian must walk, not run. A running civilian is understood to be hostile.
-Rogue Force is not allowed to search or shoot an un armed civilian, unless seen setting an IED or running.
-If a Civilian is found with IED or weapons, they will go to Jail for 10min.
-If a Rogue Force soldier kills an unarmed civilian, they will go to Jail for 10min.
-IED's can either be wirelessly triggered smoke, or can use trip wire gr***des. If the white smoke or gr***de goes off in an IED attack, 15ft radius kill zone.
-There are no safety kills, it is only a curtesy. If you approach someone from behind at 5ft or less, please extend that courtesy if the situation presents itself. You don't have to take a safety.
Weapon and Ammo Restrictions:
-Only 2 LMG, 2 DMR, 1 Sniper per Faction.
-Must use single fire on all rifles. LMG's are allowed to use full auto.
-You may carry no more than 5 mid-caps/2 high-caps. No limit on pistol ammo.
-LMG's can hold up to 2000 rounds per exit from FOB.
-Can only reload at FOB.
-If using an LMG, you must stick your barrel outside the window or door before firing FULL AUTO. You can't use full auto inside the building.
Getting Shot and Medic Rules:
-You must have a red death rag and two 4ft ace wraps.
-When shot, take a knee or lie on the ground and wait 5minutes before returning to FOB.
-During the 5min wait after death, you can be revived by a team mate.
-Everyone is a medic. You must use the dead persons medic wraps to fully wrap around the arm or leg.
-You must drag or carry the person to cover if needed. No walking.
-You can carry 2 medic wraps per exit from FOB.
-If you die for a 3rd time after 2 medic wraps, you must wait the full 5min before going back to FOB.
-You can return to the battlefield immediately after touching spawn.
Gr***de and Smoke Rules:
-Can carry unlimited amount.
-Gr***des have to go 'Boom' or spread bb's to count.
-15ft from point of impact is the kill zone. Only safe if behind a wall. If you see it, you are dead.
-Let all smoke flame out before throwing. This prevents grass fires.
-All gr***des and smoke can only be thrown through windows or doors, not over walls. You can throw over fence panels.
-Smoke is allowed inside buildings.
The game is won by the total of cash the team captured and earned through missions.
Each player will have $60 of play cash on them. When searched, the dead give up $20 each time searched until it's gone. If the dead player has intel, they must also hand that over upon the search. Return all captured money to your Commander.
The citizens will have to acquire objectives, each worth $100. The occupiers have to protect each objective to keep the $100.
3 Territories to Capture/Control for spawning purposes, including spawning at FOB.
FOB is off limits for capture.
