I posted this on band, but just in case you missed it.

St. John is putting together a team for kids over 12 who want to continue playing soccer. Would people be interested in us getting something going in Colfax too?

Registrations are due August 29th.

You can also pick up a hard copy at Pearson Farm and Fence and Colfax's new ice cream shop Two Scoops and a Byte.

Just a reminder that Roots on Ripley is back for our last two Saturday games! They will be at the field this weekend and next weekend from 8-12.

Ruan’s Concessions will be offering coffee, hot chocolate, brats, cotton candy, and so much more at the Colfax Youth Soccer Games – Saturday, September 28 and Saturday, October 5 – 8 am to noon. Ruan is raising money for the Garfield-Palouse Middle School American Heritage Tour where they visit Washington D.C., Boston, and New York City over spring break.

Roots on Ripley is back for our Saturday games! They will be at the field this weekend from 8-12 and again on 10/12, 10/19, and 10/26. Their menu has grown so check it out before you go!

**Schedule Change**

The start date of Colfax soccer is being pushed to September 16th. I am working on getting more coaches so we just aren’t ready to start on Monday the 9th.

Hopefully you can enjoy a “rest” week between the fair and soccer. It will only leave a week of practices before the first game, but no matter what the kids will do great.

Soccer League Help

My husband and I have been running the Colfax Youth Soccer League for a few years now, and our kids have now moved on to other sports. It would be so amazing if we could find someone to help us run this great soccer program to keep it growing as it has over the past few years.

If you are even slightly interested in helping this year, please send me a message on here or text me at 509-822-1661. Some of the things we do are managing registrations, keeping track of supplies, assigning coaches and teams, setting up the soccer fields, games scheduling, finding referees, etc.

This program is 100% volunteer, but seeing the players and their families on the fields every Saturday is worth the work!

I hope you can become of part of this program and keep it alive for years to come.
