Silver Spring Martial Arts will resume classes every Monday, from 6:30 -8 p.m. starting on October 25 at William Tyler Page Elementary school. For a limited time, we will offer free classes, but please contact us ahead of time if you plan on attending, or need more information.

FREE TAI CHI!!

The Silver Spring Martial Arts Club is holding Free Tai Chi and Escrima classes held on Saturday mornings.

Tai Chi is a wonderful way to start the day with stretching, breathing exercises and movements to improve concentration, balance and general well being. Escrima (Filipino stick art) classes are held a simultaneously.

When: Saturday Mornings at 8:30 – 9:30 am weather permitting.

Where: William Tyler Page Parking Lot, 13400 Tamarack Rd. Silver Spring, MD 20904

Who: Beginners to advanced

Registration: Registration is not necessary, just drop in to participate. No obligations.

Requirements: Loose clothing, a mask and social distancing.

Cost: Classes are Free, Optional Club Shirt $15.00

Silver Spring Martial Arts will be resuming Tai Chi on Saturday July 11th at 8-9am (weather permitting) at Page Elementary's parking lot. Masks and social distancing will be required. Please let me know if you plan to attend. New students are also welcome.
