Colebrook Karate

Colebrook Karate Karate is great exercise for the mind, body and spirit! Karate programs run during the school year at Colebrook School.

My goal is to teach karate skills while establishing a good sense of self determination and confidence. Programs are very affordable for families to workout together. What a fun way to learn a sport while establishing more family time. Please see my website for more information about programs.
