Get signed up for this special seminar for senior athletes! Open to all adult black belts, but we will be focusing on training and best practices for athletes who reach their Golden years. If you are wearing that gold uniform (or are getting close to having to get one) or if you coach and train athletes in gold uniforms, this camp is designed for you to get the info you need to improve your poomsae competition career. Also a great weekend to prep for the upcoming Special Poomsae Team Trials in Tulsa on Sept 20.

Our sparring team is not an ordinary class, we focus high endurance drills and one on one coaching sessions geared specifically to olympic style competition sparring. There is a heavier focus on:
