The 2026 MCR rimfire hunter series is in the books. What a great group of shooters we had today Muddy Creek Rimfire for the Finale and all season long. Again, none of this would be possible with out my RO's, Danny Griffin. Joey Chadwick & Harlan Horst, they are the ones that make MCR the shoot that it is!!

Thanks again to K & M Guns and Ammo for there 2026 series sponsorship, putting 3 Leopold scopes on the prize table for the finale shoot, AWESOME!! Buy your next Rifle, Shotgun or Optics from them, they supported us all season, lets support them!!

A HUGE thanks to all the shooters making it possible to make the donation of $2145 to the North Daviess R-III Knights Clay Target League Team. MCR shooters made it easier for the kids to chase there dreams in there sport!!

It was a very tight race to the end for the series championship in both the Team and Indv. class. See todays Match standings below along with the series point standings.

Registration opens @ 7:05am
Zero board 7:20 - 8:10am
Shooters meeting @ 8:20am
Squads disburse @ 8:40 / shooting @ 9am.

There are 12 challenging stages set up for the Finale.

The MCR rimfire Finale is less than a week away, Saturday April 4th. Get signed up!

REMEMBER: If you’re not competing for series points, that is fine you can still shoot this match as a team or Individual. We will be giving trophies for the top5 places for the match and trophies for top3 places for the series.

If you are thinking about shooting a Hunter match of any kind, NRL HUNTER COMMUNITY to name a few, the MCR Hunter match will give you the opportunity to see if this style of shooting is for you, w/o spending $600 team entry fee to find out, thats not your jam. Come join us on Apri 4th!

$15 of everyone’s entry fee goes to help support the local school of North Daviess R-III Knights Clay Target League Team.

Here are the current standings going into the finale on April 4th. Your current score plus your the finale score will determine the winner. I will have 12 stages for the finale, with one having an epic twist. If you did not shoot the first to matches, you can shoot the finale and possibly win a trophy for that shoot, you just wont qualify for the series points championship.

We are just less than 2 weeks out for the MCR Finale on April 4th. Get signed up on PractiScore!!
K & M Guns and Ammo putting some Leupold scopes on the prize table. We also have MK Machining donating to the prize table.

FYI: If you ever wanted to shoot a MCR Hunter Match, you better get signed up. THIS WILL BE THE LAST MATCH AT MCR!!
