The boys had a rare week night game vs the Twin City Wolf Pack. The offense was led by Blake Wickkiser and Colton Calvery who each had 3RBI. Blake lead the team with 2 hits. Gavin Lochner (0ER, 2K's) and Blake (1ER, 1K) each went 2IP. Haydn Sorensen and Joey Latter (2 K's) each pitched a perfect frame to secure the win. The boys play in Utica this weekend in a double header.

The boys made it to the finals of the consolation bracket on Sunday. It took everything we had to get there and the finals gave some opportunities for new experiences. Logan, Devin, and Silas worked the mound. This was Silas's first appearance of the season and he worked 2 IP with 1 K and made 3 plays himself on the mound. Haydn Sorensen did a great job in his 2 innings behind thenplate and Colton made a play 8n the outfield. The offense was led by Joey Latter who hit his first 69/90 HR and led the team with 3 RBI's. Gavin Lochner also had a big 2 RBI base hit but in the end the boys came up a bit short. It was a great tournament full of memories. Check the boys out back at home tonight 6pm .

The nightcap on Saturday was vs a team we are very familiar with having already played then 2x this year. The boys put on a plate discipline clinic leaving borderline pitches and hitting their pitch. It was a back and forth game with 5 lead changes. Haydn Sorensen pitched amazing keeping the opponent off balance going 4.1 IP, 6H, 4ER, and 7K's. Blake Wickkiser came in for the last 1.2 innings and handled the pressure like a veteran recording to K's. The offense was led by Joey Latter who had 2 hits and 4 RBI. Lochner, Calvery, and Cameron each had 4 BB's each and scored 8 runs. Gavin Lochner went Beast Mode in the final innings making sure the Indians tied the game back up with a walk and 3 stolen bases to make it happen. It was a team win...the boys were on the top step all game and had a very memorable tournament win.

This is the 3rd time we played this team in 2022 and this time we came out on top!

On Saturday the boys were fortunate to play at the beautiful Albany Dutchman stadium in Guilderland. The Guilderland Bulldog team was soild not having too much problems hitting velo. Joey Latter toed the slab and went 5.2 IP 0 ER, 3H and 4K's. The defense was amazing behind him making almost every play thrown their way. The offense put on a show with 11 hits and 13 runs scored. Lochner, Wickkiser, Latter, and Shultis all had multiple hits lead with Dylan's 3.

The Boys played in the ENYTB Madness Tournament this weekend. Our first game started at 8 and was quickly delayed due to the lights overheating. After a 20-30 minutes we were back at it escaping a jam while only allowing one run with a nifty double 1b to home. Haydn Sorensen, Devin Cameron and Logan Knapp paced the offense with 3 hits and 3 RBI between them. The pitching held their own with Gavin Lochner going 3.1 4ER, 4K's and Devin Cameron going 2.2 allowing 1R and 3K's. The boys had the bases loaded down 1 in the final inning but were unable to plate the tying run.

The HV Indians dropped a close one to the TC Bombers (Blue) on Sunday. Haydn started the game on fire striking out 5 of the first 7 hitters. The Indians got on the board in the 4th scoring 2 runs on wild pitches. The remainder of the Indians scoring was done by Silas Dubois and Aiden Sloan each knocking in a run. Joey Latter pitched the final 4 innings with 2 hits and 7 K's, allowing a tough run on a swinging bunt that turned out to be the difference. Unlike the day before the Indians couldn't find the walkoff magic but still played hard until the last out.

Great walkoff victory for the boys Saturday with Gavin Lochner closing out the game with 3 innings and 5 K's and 0 runs. The Indians came out of the gate hot scoring 8 runs on 6 hits, 3 walks and an error. Joey Latter got the big hit with an RBI triple. The bats then went cold until the 7th inning where our opponent had taken a 1 run lead. Haydn Sorensen got on with a single and Joey Latter walked. After an attempted pickoff, steal, and Gavin Lochner walk the Indians had 2nd and 3rd 1out. When Logan Knapp stepped to the plate and laced a ball down the left field line scoring 2 and winning the game!

After a win yesterday the boys just couldn't get the bats going today. Joey keep them in the game, all game long, striking out 13 batters. But the 13+ Upper Deck Titans take the win 6-3. Indians are now 7-5 on the season.

Your HV Indians got back to their winning ways yesterday with a nice win over SORENSCO. Gavin Lochner went 4 strong allowing 1ER with 2K's and was relieved by Blake Wickkiser who went 2IP with 2K's and 0ER. Blake held the opponent down and allowed our offense to get going with the help of a double play turned by Logan Knapp who turned the 3rd to 1st DP. Haydn Sorensen came in for the 1 inning save with some help from our defense which turned it's second double play of the game for the final outs when Devin Cameron gloved a hot shot to second and gave a nice feed to Gavin Locher to end the game. The offense was a true team effort with 7 different players scoring runs off powerful hits from Dylan Shultis, Devin Cameron and Haydn Sorensen followed by Aiden Sloan putting the ball in play causing an over throw that plated 2 more runs in a 3 run 3rd inning. HV went ahead for good when Cam Einhorn knocked in Preston with an RBI single. Devin, Preston and Logan led the team with two hits. each.
