Some first glances at the 2026 Sandpoint Arenacross RD 1 track for tommorow and Saturday night here at the Bonner County Fairgrounds in Sandpoint, Idaho!
It’s been a long 72 hours right after pulling a 16 hour day building new gates but dang it I love this!

I’d like to take a minute before we kick off this weekends event and thank a ton of people! The racing community never ceases to amaze me and they deserve credit!

The entire crew for showing up Sunday to help me finish our new start gates 💪🏻

I owe a thank you to my most versatile buddy who’s jumped in and helped me build every Ax, Enduro, and Snowbike track I’ve built the past 6 years. Leddy and I tend to burn the midnight diesel well into the morning hours working in motion as he runs skidsteer and loader for me while I do my thing in the dozer 🤝

Here’s some info reminders as we get ready for this weekend at the Bonner County Fairgrounds I’ll do my best to respond to messages however I’m also the track builder 😜

I’ve been posting some sneak peeks of the many projects I’m working on but wanted to finally drop a few more details as I start finalizing more details going into summer finally.

I’ve finally added our ranch to our Motorsports insurance policy to make it official so now it’s game on!

As many of you know we recently moved. Not only our house where we lived off-grid in a cabin for 6 years but also my shop. It’s been my dream for 2 decades to make something like this happen and the opportunity presented itself so I jumped head first. After 13 years of building a customer base in rented commercial buildings it was scary but we’re making it work!

With that, the shop isn’t fully setup and operational just yet but will be by mid June and I’ll be back to taking my normal work load.
I have a lot more room now so we are setting up a small retail section in the shop and will be stocking 3 fuels including VP, ETS, and Renegade.
Once the shop is dialed in I will be offering a small amount of Welding & Fab work through my other business MTNFAB through winter months along side the MtnMoto Pro Shop for engine builds and bike work part time for summer and full time for winter.

Now for the real reason for the post!
It’s been no secret I’ve been working on a motocross track in all of spare time 😅
I have secured insurance, a great continued partnership with .cat and the help of along with a few friends to execute a professionally built track. Currently the plan is to be a private training and practice track (no races). Once completed we have 12 weekends planned from June-October we will hold practice and professional training days 💪🏻

The vision: Fueling young riders to progression, providing an affordable training/practice facility for the youth of local motocross and continue building a community!

Important info on Camping & Pits at Sandpoint Arenacross 🏕️

Please read, please follow. Knock on wood we never have much of an issue in our pit areas because you guys rock! But we have had a couple of kids rip across grass and people leave their garbage behind a time or two. Don’t be that guy, don’t make me be that guy 😁 Let’s have some fun go race some DIRTBIKES! (And GO CAMPING!)

-You may purchase in person at RD 1 Sandpoint Ax with cash, however expect longer line times

-We will be handing out helmet stickers for your pass, however the sign up girls still need to check you in at each round so please bring your helmet to sign up

-Small bike classes are 50cc-85cc/Supermini
