Nothing seems to be working.

What should you investigate first?

A — Consistency

B — Training progression

C — Food intake

D — Recovery

If I had to recommend one starting point, I would choose A: consistency.

Why?

Because if ex*****on changes constantly, you cannot tell whether the program, nutrition or recovery strategy actually failed.

First confirm that the plan was followed often enough to create useful evidence.

Then diagnose the next bottleneck.

You can make almost any workout harder.

Less rest.

More supersets.

More drop sets.

More exercises.

More pain.

That does not automatically make it better.

A productive program needs enough difficulty to create adaptation without making recovery impossible or progression invisible.

Hard is useful.

Random suffering is not the goal.

You can guarantee one every workout:

A — An incredible pump

B — Better measurable performance

If I had to recommend one, I would choose B.

Why?

A pump can feel amazing, but measurable performance gives you clearer evidence that training is actually progressing over time.

The best case is having both.

If forced to choose, progression wins.

You think you are progressing.

But what did you do last week?

Exact load?

Exact reps?

Same setup?

Same range?

If the answer is “I think so,” the problem may not be the program.

It may be that you do not have enough data to judge it.

A basic logbook can expose progress, plateaus and fake progression very quickly.

If you could keep only one main starch during a fat-loss phase:

A — Potatoes

B — Rice

C — Bread

D — Pasta

If fullness is the priority, I would generally recommend A: potatoes.

Why?

They can provide a large food volume for relatively modest calories compared with many more calorie-dense options.

But if rice or pasta helps you stay more consistent, preference still matters.

Why does every exercise in some programs magically land in 8–12 reps?

A heavy press and a lateral raise do not necessarily need the same loading strategy.

Different movements have different stability demands, comfort profiles and fatigue costs.

Multiple rep ranges can build muscle.

Use the range that fits the exercise and lets you train hard with good ex*****on.

Follow me and comment “System” if you want an 8–12 week structure where rep ranges are assigned by movement instead of copied across the entire workout.

You can improve one thing overnight:

A — Sleep quality

B — Appetite control

C — Training energy

D — Daily movement

If I had to recommend one for overall fitness, I would choose A: sleep quality.

Why?

Better sleep can support recovery, training performance, appetite regulation and decision-making at the same time.

It influences several other problems instead of only one.

Your shoulder workout does not exist in isolation.

Bench press already involves the front delts.

Incline pressing involves them too.

Overhead pressing adds even more.

So before adding another front-delt exercise, look at what the rest of your week is already doing.

Sometimes the solution is redistribution, not more total work.

Follow me and comment “Plan” if you want an 8–12 week physique roadmap that balances direct and indirect training instead of stacking redundant volume.

What was your biggest beginner mistake?

A — Using too much weight

B — Doing way too many exercises

C — Training with no plan

D — Avoiding legs

If I had to recommend fixing one first, I would choose C.

Why?

A clear plan usually reduces the other mistakes too.

It gives you exercise limits, progression targets and a reason for what you are doing.

“Put your hands exactly here.”

That advice sounds clean.

Human anatomy is not.

Arm length, shoulder structure, training goal and comfort can all influence which grip feels most repeatable.

There may be better or worse choices for a specific person.

But there is not one internet grip width that magically fits everyone.

Follow me and comment “System” if you want an 8–12 week structure that adapts technique choices to your body instead of forcing universal rules.
