Did you know UK Sailmakers Miami casts a wide net. We don't only build sails for Miami based sailors but for most of the Caribbean as well. The CS 40 Hugo B and Hugo Sleeper won the Antigua Sailing Week Lord Nelsen Trophy two years in a row ( different skippers) with our sails.

UK Sailmakers Miami, located in Coconut Grove area, is looking for a candidate that can work with others!
Opening for a person that is interested in helping to build and repair sails, canvas, shades.
Indoor work, A/C. Full time - Hours 7:30 AM to 4 PM Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:
-Using power and hand tools, cutting fabric, webbings, measuring sails, hand sewing etc.
-Preparing sail and canvas parts for assembly

Qualifications:

Must have 2 years experience in upholstery or awing jobs
Detail-oriented
Sewing experience helpful but not necessary
Ability to handle physical workload up to 30 lbs.

MUST: Have a work permit, social security number and speak English.
