Dear PSJ United Family,
As I sit down to write this letter, I find it difficult to put into words just how much this club, its players, families, coaches, and supporters have meant to me. Serving as Director of Coaching and Player Development at PSJ United has been one of the greatest honors of my professional and personal life.
From the very first day, I was welcomed into a community that believes in more than just soccer. Together, we have worked to develop not only talented players but also confident young people, strong teammates, and future leaders. The memories we've created the victories, the challenges, the training sessions, the tournaments, and the countless moments of growth, will remain with me forever.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to every player who trusted the process, every parent who supported our vision, every coach who dedicated countless hours to the development of our athletes, and every volunteer and supporter who helped make PSJ United the special club it is today. Your commitment, passion, and belief in our mission have made this journey incredibly rewarding.
While saying goodbye is never easy, I leave with a full heart and great confidence in the future of PSJ United. I am excited to share that Coach Susan will be stepping into the role of Director of Coaching and Player Development. Susan is an outstanding leader who cares deeply about our players, coaches, and club culture. Her knowledge, dedication, and vision make her the perfect person to guide PSJ United into its next chapter. I have no doubt that the club is in excellent hands, and I know she will continue building upon the strong foundation we have created together.
Although my role at PSJ United is coming to an end, the relationships and memories will always stay with me. I will continue to cheer for the club's success and celebrate the achievements of every player and coach who proudly wears the PSJ United crest.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journeys. Thank you for the trust, the friendships, the support, and the opportunity to contribute to something so meaningful. It has truly been a privilege.
I wish Coach Susan, our coaching staff, our players, and the entire PSJ United family continued growth, success, and happiness in the years ahead.
