‼️Quick reality check… Your ability to do push-ups is one of the simplest indicators of upper body strength.

Here’s where you generally want to land:

Ages 20–29: Men: 22–28 | Women: 15–20

Ages 30–39: Men: 17–21 | Women: 13–19

Ages 40–49: Men: 13–16 | Women: 11–14

If you’re not there yet, that’s okay… but at least now you have a target.

Strength is trainable at any age. You just have to start.

🐰💪 The Easter Bunny definitely works out… Because there’s no way they’re out there:

– hauling baskets
– squatting to hide 100+ eggs
– hopping around ALL day

…without strong legs and a solid back 😅

But really, this is what strength is for. So you can:

-carry everything in from the car in one trip (obviously)
-keep up with your kids without feeling wrecked
-and actually enjoy your life in your body

Traveling for Spring Break? ☀️Here’s a quick bodyweight workout you can do anywhere… no gym needed.

3–4 rounds:
• 15 squats
• 10 push-ups
• 12 reverse lunges (each leg)
• 20 mountain climbers (each side)
• 30-second plank

Move through it at your own pace. Rest as needed.

Done in under 20 minutes and you’ll feel way better for it! 💪

Spring break is here ☀️

But this isn’t the time to hit pause on your momentum.

Do a little. Keep the rhythm. Stay consistent.

Ride your bike to dinner.
Take a walk with the kids and hunt for seashells.
Try that surf lesson.

It doesn’t have to be a full workout to count - just keep moving. This way, you’re not starting over when you get back…you’re staying in it.

Future you will thank you.

You don’t have to call it a workout. Not all movement has to look like a gym session.

Sometimes it’s a beach volleyball game at sunset.

Sometimes it’s a long walk.

Sometimes it’s dancing all night.

The goal is to keep your body capable of doing the things you enjoy.

Move however you like… Just keep moving.
