Our beautiful, sweet, determined Polly ❤️

Polly is currently at the hospital in Jacksonville awaiting her SECOND heart transplant. This will be her 3rd heart ❤️
In 2014, Polly had her first heart transplant when a virus attacked her heart.
Polly has always loved exercise and health. She lives it, she encourages it, she never expected to need a heart transplant.
She's our amazing Silver Sneakers instructor, but she's also a loving mom, grandma, friend, and sister. She is so loved.
There's an active GoFundMe and we'll be arranging raffles and other donation options. Please consider helping Polly if you can.
She will be getting her 3rd heart and then she'll need to stay in Jacksonville for 3 months after the procedure.
