Stay tuned for my new “Stretch and Stride Beachside with Sam” schedule starting next week… weather permitting (with weather 55 F + with no windchill)

Don’t worry all stretches can be modified for your skill & ability level.
All ages & levels welcome. 1-3 mile walks, 3 days a week. 🩵🌊☀️💪🏻

Water Warriors at Cosmik Tiki 2026!

I’m excited to announce once the weather allows Cocoa Beach Water Warriors Water Fitness & Wellness classes with Samantha will resume at 11AM Monday — Friday.

Our new temporary location will be at Cosmik Tiki in downtown Cocoa Beach until the Cocoa Beach Aquatic Center reopens from renovations.

The Cosmik Tiki is a beautiful and fun arcade, heated pool and event center.

CLASS PRICE: $8 per class
(with required Cosmik Tiki monthly membership)

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: $45 per month

MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES:

💦Access to heated pool during business hours.

💦Exclusive early, private access to heated pool, bathrooms and showers for Water Warriors class

💦Upgraded arcade games

💦Beach access private parking lot

Happy New Year Warriors!

I’m back to our beautiful Cocoa Beach after a much needed vacation. But… as you get to know me more you’ll discover that I never really take a vacation from exercise, health & wellness.

The beautiful blue/green aquamarine waters of the Florida Keys helped inspire some new & exciting aquaBooty™️, aquaFlo™️ & aquaGroove™️ water workouts for 2026!

I’m working on our January calendar with a refreshed & renewed mind & soul. Jimmy really was true “Changes in Latitude, Changes in Attitude” 😍🌊🐬

As soon as I hear back from Miranda (our aquatics director), I will post the schedule.
