Keeper of the Snake I'm a Rock Snake here to make you smile. Paint a rock add it to my body help me grow a mile. Location Lion's Park Cochranton.

Everyone is invited to be an artist and create an artistic master piece, mod podge it, and place it at the end of the rock snake.

To be truthful the Rock Snake needs to begin again. Come Tuesday Rocky Rocco is going to be short so we need you all to start painting and be a part of a fun hobby of lengthening Rocky.
Let's see your talent. Soccer will be starting and a lot of people will be looking at Rocky Rocco. Let's give them something to look at and admire.

Rocco is ready to return to the head of the Rock Snake. He looks pretty snazzy. Thinking on Tuesday, June 2 to start to clean up the snake. Rocks that are no longer pretty or recognizable usually go to the rock pile so if you have a rock you want to want to recycle: NOW is the time. I could use some help. 6:00 - 7:00 or less if we have many hands.

Rocco is cleaned up and ready for beautiful rock art additions. Feel free to add on just remember to mod podge 2 coats on your painted rock so it will weather the rain. Mod Podge can be purchased for $1.25 at the Dollar Tree. This treatment is very important to the life of your painted rock. Looking forward to see some new art. here are some new additions.

The purge has BEGUN. The Rock Snake has shed some of his rocks and is ready for new placements. Get your painting materials out and go at it. I got inspired yesterday. Here are my two new additions to Rocco. One in honor of the soccor group that is coming to the park shortly and chickens. Who can't love those chickens. Help Rocco out and start painting. Looking forward to seeing your creations. Don't hold back.......

Today is the last day to remove any rock from the Rock Snake that is unslightly because the Purge Crew is coming to town to clear rocks that are not up to par. Fore warned anyone who has placed a rock. You may take yours back and repaint if you chose. Make sure it is waterproofed with Mod Podge. Preferably 2 layers.

This Saturday at Lion's Park there are Easter activities of which one is rock painting. I would like to advise any rock painters that want to place their rocks along Rocco to make sure they are waterproofed with Mod Podge. If they are not your paint will come off in the next several rains and your rock will be removed. Anyone placing a rock in the snake body should have their rock water-proofed. Mod Podge is found in the craft section of Dollar Tree. Preserve your creation by water-proofing it.

As the weather improves, please check on your rocks that you painted. Please remove the ones no longer attractive and make us some more. Come the beginning of May undesirable rocks will be purged from the line. Please do not take it personally. Fair warned of what is going to happen. Cleaning for summer.

Rocco is back and is asking everyone to upgrade your rock if it needs to be repainted. Remember the first of May his body will be realigned with the nicest painted stones. Others go to the rock pile.
