Hey ninja parents! 🥷

Coach Christopher has a cross country meet tomorrow (10/2) and next Thursday (10/9). Instead of classes on those Thursdays, we will have class today (10/1) and next Wednesday (10/8), SAME TIME, 530-630.

We hope this isn’t an inconvenience to anyone, but working around high school athletics can be a bit tricky sometimes and quick changes made to exisitng classes.

🥷MEET OUR TWO INSTRUCTORS🥷

Hi! I’m Abbie Sanders, 23, and I’m currently working in sales and marketing at SoPoly in Eastman, GA. I’m passionate about my job and always love to add a bit of fun to the mix. Outside of work, I’m into running, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with family and friends. Oh, and here’s a fun twist—I used to help out with ninja classes years ago!

Christopher is a 10th grader at Bleckley County High School where he takes Honors classes. He is a member of the Beta Club, is the FBLA Treasurer, on the Cross Country and Track team, and has just organized a volleyball club. He is a member of the Warner Robins Fencing Society. In 2021 he earned his Seond Degree Black Belt in taekwondo and in 2023 he attained the rank of Eagle Scout. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, participating in shooting sports, running his 3D printing business, and making podcasts with his friends.

Ninja classes with resume with two new instructors! We are excited to announce that Abbie Sanders and Christopher Barlow will be leading these two classes!

We invite all children ages 4-10 to join one of our classes. We will be jumping, climbing, balancing, gripping things and much more. Come get your energy out at HFN!

We will be taking the first 20 kids. This will be an ongoing monthly class, Lord willing!

Ninja Classes

Hey future ninjas! We are so excited to have you check out a new class coming to town! Ninja classes will begin in August 2019. In these classes, we will focus on many different skills to help our up-and-coming athletes to be the best that they can be. Here students will work on coordination, agility and muscle strength, balancing skills, and much more. We will learn basic skills like push-up techniques and army crawling to rope climbing and side board jumping! Classes will be offered to kids ages 3-12.
