My name is Colton Zachman. I'm 16years old and have started go-kart racing. I started racing in 2023 starting in predator 350. We also run swainsboro and 221.

I curently run maxxis 355/380 T40 clone. Our home track is Cochran Motor Speedway Kart track.

Well we made the trip all the way to Keysville, GA last night to run side track. We felt like we had a good kart most of the night. Made an adjustment trying to make it into the A, and ended up going the wrong direction. We are slowly starting to get this figured out. We will be at Swainsboro raceway next weekend for the third race of the David Mize treaded series.

We traveled to 221 for the David Mize treaded series Friday night, that track is a lot of fun. We didn’t qualify very well but ended up finishing 3rd in the B main with some tough competition.

Then on Saturday we went and ran our hometown track Cochran motor speedway. Wound up in the b main missing the transfer by one position. We raced our way into the A main and finished 8th. We are starting to get the hang of this and getting faster and faster every week.

Next week is off week so we will be working on karts and trying to find some more speed. We Will head to side track speedway the 21st of June for the second race of the series.

We traveled to swainsboro last night to run the rain delayed Thursday night thunder. We ran 355 T-18 there out of 33 karts if memory serves me correctly. We qualified 9th, but kart was way loose in the feature. Green flag dropped we did the best we could to battle for a few laps but it didn’t work out. We slowly slid to the back of the pack. All in all a good night we are learning and slowly figuring things out. We will most definitely be back. Once again thanks to all of our sponsors. We will try it again next Saturday night at the pine tree!

CHZ Racing is going to Swainsboro to run T-18 355 and 380 on Saturday and the going to the all new Cochran Motor Speedway and Kart Track on Sunday to run T-18 355 and 380 along with David Thomson, Blake and Brandon Barrs. A big thank you to all of our sponsors hopefully we can get these Charger Racing Chasis Karts to the front!

CHZ went to Cochran Motor Speedway Kart track yesterday and enjoyed the new track. We put down some laps and did a little learning. We can’t wait to get back racing soon.

Well CHZ went to swainsboro kart track tonight, in a borrowed kart. Thanks to David Thompson and lil Cochran RC and Hobbies. CHZ struggled to figure out how to drive a newer much faster kart. With struggles you learn to adapt and overcome with a little more seat time in a mich faster kart CHZ plans to see better results. We look forward to running more events when Cochran motor speedway kart track opens. Once again thanks to all of our sponsors, and David Thompson and lil Cochran RC and Hobbies for the opportunity to drive such an amazing kart!

CHZ traveled to swainsboro kart track last night with Brandon and Blake Barrs. Had to run the B main and finish in the top five to transfer. Finished second in the B-Main and made the transfer to the A. Had some throttle issues and pulled off the track. Thank you to everyone who makes it possible for us to race.
