Did you know that you can Dance for your Health right here in Cobleskill New York? Saturday mornings at The Gathering Place in Cobleskill you can join me at 9:45 AM. We will laugh, we will dance. We will have fun. We will get fit! While this class is designed for active older adults and is low impact, all are welcome! If you like music and you like to dance, then this class is for you! Join us on Saturday mornings at 9:45 AM! You do not need to be a member of The Gathering Place to attend. Classes are $5 if you are a member and $7 if you are not a member.
