Dear Community,
As of today, Belmont Pines will be closing down its food and beverage operations, including Boston Steakhouse. While this is a difficult decision, it comes as part of our ongoing efforts to transition the property to new ownership or a long-term lease arrangement.
The golf course will remain open through our online booking system only. There will be no in-person check-in, but our General Manager, Gordon, will continue to be on-site to oversee the property and ensure operations run smoothly during this transitional period. Disc Golf is also still operational, including our disc golf tournament this weekend.
Over the past year, it has been an honor to serve this community—both through Boston Steakhouse and the course. A tremendous amount of heart, hard work, and investment has gone into restoring and improving Belmont Pines. Seeing the course evolve from where it started to where it is today is a testament to the dedication of our team, especially the grounds crew, who gave it their all.
Belwood has always been a company focused on revitalizing underutilized properties—bringing them back to life, and positioning them for long-term success under new leadership. We believe Belmont Pines is now at that point: ready for someone new to bring their vision to the next chapter.
As we move through final negotiations, we’ll share updates on future ownership or leaseholders as soon as we’re able. In the meantime, we thank you for your support, your business, and your belief in this property.
We’re excited to see where Belmont Pines goes from here, and we’re hopeful it continues to grow and thrive under new stewardship.
With gratitude,
The Belmont Pines Team
