Hello Coatesville Neighbors,

We would like to make you aware that Coatesville Country Club will be hosting its annual Independence Day fireworks display on Friday, July 3rd, beginning at dusk.

As one of our longstanding Club traditions, the fireworks presentation may result in increased activity and noise in the area during the evening hours. We wanted to provide advance notice as a courtesy to our neighbors.

We hope you enjoy the display, and we appreciate your understanding as we celebrate the holiday.

With thunderstorms and lightning moving into our area, the pool will be closing for the remainder of the day.The safety of our members and staff is always our top priority, and current weather conditions make it unsafe to remain open.

We plan to reopen tomorrow at 11:00 AM and are hoping for sunshine and much better pool weather.Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing everyone back at the pool tomorrow.

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage and dedication have given us the freedoms we enjoy every day, and we are forever grateful.

As we gather with family and friends this holiday weekend, we hope everyone takes a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day while also enjoying the traditions that bring us together.

We’re excited for a fun day at the Club with great golf, poolside memories, delicious food, cold drinks, and plenty of spirit.

Whether you’re joining us for lunch, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying time on the course, we thank you for spending part of your holiday with us.

Due to continued chilly temperatures in the upper 50s, rain, and wind making it feel closer to the mid 40s, the pool will remain closed today.

Right now, Mother Nature is giving us more “late October football game energy” than “Memorial Day Weekend pool vibes,” and even our lifeguards have started side eyeing the weather app.

Unfortunately, conditions like these aren’t safe or comfortable for swimming, unless you enjoy turning into a human ice cube.

The safety, comfort, and overall experience of our membership will always remain our top priority, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Stay warm, stay dry, and keep those anti-rain dances going. We’re rooting for better weather conditions tomorrow!

Members,
Due to today’s lovely combination of cold temperatures, steady rain, and what can only be described as “perfect soup weather,” the pool will unfortunately not open today.

Our lifeguards were prepared, the chairs were ready, and the snack bar was emotionally invested, but Mother Nature had other plans.

We are hopeful for better weather soon and will continue to keep everyone updated regarding the pool schedule.

Until then, we recommend warm coffee, sweatpants, and pretending this weather is somehow “good for the grass.” Right, Kris Givens?

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing everyone back at the pool once summer decides to return.
