Happy Birthday to this Badass Lady we get to call our Coach and Co-Founder!! Cheers to the woman who makes us cringe when we see a chalkboard, makes being the occasional ass look good, who sets the best example for her girls year after year, and who taught us that beating something down (in kickboxing of course) is good for the soul.
